If you happen to be in a situation where you can't say your positively charged affirmations out loud, do it silently! Nothing should hold you back from getting them in twice a day. Doing your affirmations after you wake up will focus your sub-conscious at the earliest point of your day, allowing much of your daily motivation to be tunneled into your desired goals and tasks. You should also be doing at least two rounds a day, and not more than four. Doing them after waking and before sleeping are the best for me, but if you can squeeze one in after lunch that?s even better. When you fit them in isn't extremely important as long as they are spaced.
